I4F’s announces new annual “Valuable Ideas” Award

  • Mr. Yoon J. Koh wins 2019 award 
  • Annual winner receives a donation of $50,000 to spend on new innovation development

DOMOTEX, HANNOVER, GERMANY – I4FÆ, a group of companies providing patents and technologies to the flooring industry, today announced its new “Valuable Ideas” Award. Mr. Yoon J. Koh, Chairman of NOX Corporation, was named as the 2019 winner of this new award.

I4F’s “Valuable Ideas” award is designed to reward individuals making exceptional contributions towards the continuous advancement and growth of the global flooring industry. To actively support this purpose, annual winners will receive a donation, worth US$50,000, to be used on research and development activites.

John Rietveldt, I4F’s CEO, said, “We are delighted to name Mr. Koh as the first winner of our new Valuable Ideas Award in recognition of his outstanding contributions to the LVT product category during 2019, and prior years. 

This award supports our mission to support open innovation as well as to enable freedom of choice and accessibility to cutting-edge technologies for the global flooring industry. The race is now on to identify next year’s winner!”
