Unveiling new CeraGrout® Flex technology for non-residential category

i4F Stair Tread technologies on show for first time in China

TURNHOUT, BELGIUM – i4F®, a group of companies providing patents and technologies to the global flooring industry, today announced that it is exhibiting at DOMOTEX asia/CHINAFLOOR (Hall 7.2, Booth #C15), taking place in Shanghai May 27–29, 2026. This year, i4F is bringing its new immersive digital showcase to China, where it will present the company’s new AI strategy under the umbrella name “ai4F”. The company’s CEO, together with the entire Asian management team, will be present for the duration of the show.

During the exhibition, i4F will unveil CeraGrout® Flex — a loose-lay version of its highly popular CeraGrout family of ceramic-look technologies for SPC. This latest addition is especially relevant for the non-residential sector, as it can be glued down. In addition, i4F’s recently launched CeraGrout Wall technology will be showcased at the booth. This innovation brings the authentic look and feel of ceramics to walls, enabling seamless floor-to-wall designs using an easy locking system adapted for simple installation, which is by nature glued.

i4F CeraGrout’s fully waterproof SPC panels with pre-attached grout make installation and cleaning easier, while also improving hygiene and reducing the risk of staining, making them ideal for any room, including bathrooms and kitchens.

At the same time, i4F’s latest Stair Tread technologies will be showcased for the first time in China. i4F’s Stair Tread technologies solve one of the flooring industry’s biggest challenges by enabling stairs to seamlessly match any floor using the same material, décor, texture, and height. Suitable for SPC, LVT, WPC, laminate, and wood, the technologies support flawless floor-to-stair integration, including top steps and landings. Available in both L-shaped and U-shaped constructions to suit all stair types, the solutions are water-resistant and engineered for safety, performance, and fast installation.

i4F’s experience-based exhibition stand will also present its flagship drop-lock, HerringB/ONE, and water-resistant technologies, including AquaProtect and i-Click4U.
