i4F appoints Thibault Lanchon as Chief Commercial Officer, Europe, Middle East & Africa

– Former USFloors and Shaw Industries executive brings 15 years of international experience

– Joins i4F’s global management team to lead commercial and sales activities across EMEA

TURNHOUT, BELGIUM – i4F®, a group of companies providing patents and technologies to the global flooring industry, today announced that Thibault Lanchon has been appointed Chief Commercial Officer, Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA), joining the company’s global management team. In this role, Lanchon leads all commercial and sales activities across the region.

The EMEA region represents a significant growth opportunity for i4F, particularly in a changing global environment where supply chains, regulations and market expectations continue to evolve. Lanchon’s appointment further strengthens i4F’s commercial leadership in the region and its ability to support licensees and partners across EMEA markets.

Lanchon brings fifteen years of international leadership experience across Europe, the US and Asia, spanning commercial development, operations, sourcing, logistics and supply chain management within global industrial companies. Most recently, he worked at USFloors International, part of Shaw Industries, where he was responsible for global sourcing, logistics and technical operations supporting Coretec, the company’s flagship flooring brand. During his career with Shaw Industries and USFloors, as well as in previous senior roles at Haworth and other multinational organizations, he developed extensive expertise in sourcing strategy, supplier management, quality and complex global operations.

A French national, Lanchon has lived and worked in China and Europe, providing him with a broad cultural perspective and strong understanding of global market dynamics. He holds a master’s degree from ESC Rennes School of Business, is Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified and has a proven track record in driving efficiency, reliability and scalable processes across diverse markets.
