i4F appoints Adina Caldararu as Commercial & Demand Creation Director, Europe

• Joins i4F from Royal Philips

• +20 years of senior sales experience across EMEA

TURNHOUT, BELGIUM – i4F®, a group of companies providing patents and technologies to the flooring industry, today announced the appointment of Adina Caldararu as Commercial and Demand Creation Director for Europe. Adina will drive i4F’s commercial as well as demand creation strategy in Europe from the company’s headquarters in Turnhout, Belgium. Reporting to the CEO, she is also a member of i4F’s management team.

Adina joins i4F from Royal Philips, where she held several senior sales positions during her eighteen-year stint there. Her last role at Philips was as Commercial Director, International Key Accounts, where she implemented a new strategic account management framework, as well as increased revenues through innovative channel strategies. Previously, she held the role of Commercial Excellence Director, focusing on strategy and transformation, enhancing  Philips’ commercial capabilities, driving innovative CRM initiatives and improving customer satisfaction.

A Romanian national, Adina holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and journalism from the University of Bucharest. She also speaks several other languages, including English, French, Italian and Dutch.
