This specific technology covers a light rigid core vinyl product with an LVT sub-layer that is twenty-five percent lighter than traditional SPC while providing superior dimensional stability as well as reduced logistics costs. Lioncore, based in Quang Yen Town, situated in north-east Vietnam, is a leading resilient flooring producer and the supplier of choice to some of the largest retailers in the US.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Composed of four primary layers &#8211; wear, d\u00e9cor, light-foamed SPC core, and LVT bottom &#8211; Lioncore\u2019s L-SPC technology yields products with a significantly lighter structure than conventional rigid core vinyl. It delivers superior durability, stability, sound performance, and the same waterproof performance as traditional SPC in a more efficient, easier-to-handle format. The reduced weight lowers transport and handling costs while maintaining dimensional stability and long-term performance.
