It does not preclude i4F, or any others, from asserting the invalidity of the VILOX patent in other court proceedings based on the same or different prior art and arguments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>Unlike claims made by VILOX in its recent public communication, this ruling does not settle the dispute between i4F and VILOX. i4F remains of the opinion that the VILOX patent is invalid.
