Mr. Dekens\u2019 main focus is to&nbsp;accelerate demand for I4F\u2019s technologies with the global top fifty retailers as well as to&nbsp;maintain and establish business relationships with flooring manufacturers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr. Dekens joins I4F from Ideal Standard International, a European leader in bathroom&nbsp;solutions, where he was Vice President Sales and Marketing as well as a member of the&nbsp;company\u2019s management board, reporting to the CEO. During his eleven-year tenure there,&nbsp;he also held the roles of general manager, cluster leader and sales leader for the EMEA&nbsp;region working out of France, Italy and Group HQ in Belgium. Previously, he spent ten&nbsp;years at Tarkett in various positions including Managing Director of UK and France. He was&nbsp;also business unit leader, for Tarkett\u2019s vinyl floors category for western Europe, based out&nbsp;of Luxembourg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A French national, Mr. Dekens holds a post graduate Masters degree in international&nbsp;trade and negotiation from the University of Valenciennes, France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>John Rietveldt, I4F\u2019s CEO, says, \u201cWe are delighted to welcome Matthieu to the I4F&nbsp;team.
