Kees joins I4F from Unilin where he spent a total of eleven years. As I4F\u2019s CFO, Mr. Verhaaren oversees the financial management of I4F\u2019s licensing business, companies and partnerships. He also becomes a primary member of the company\u2019s Operational Excellence team, assuring the continuous quality of I4F\u2019s processes and procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the last eight years, Mr. Verhaaren held the role of Finance Director for Flooring Industries Limited, Unilin\u2019s IP company located in Luxembourg. In this position, he managed all administrative and finance related matters for Unilin\u2019s IP business. He was also responsible for finance and a board member for Mohawk Group\u2019s entities in Luxembourg and the Netherlands. Over the years, Mr. Verhaaren played a key role in supporting Mohawk\u2019s expansion and M&amp;A activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>John Rietveldt, I4F\u2019s CEO, says, \u201cKees is another extremely valuable addition to our fast-expanding team. His extensive financial and international knowledge of the global flooring IP industry brings immediate depth and experience to our licensing operations.
