and Prizefighter using Unilin\u2019s Unipush system infringe one of its patents, US Patent No. 10,053,868 (US\u2019868)<\/strong><\/em><\/li><li><em><strong>Follows lawsuit against Wellmade and Costco, others to follow<\/strong><\/em><\/li><li><em><strong>Mohawk needs to pay royalties, like any other flooring manufacturer<\/strong><\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>WILLEMSTAD, CURA\u00c7AO \u2013 I4F, a group of companies providing patents and technologies to the flooring industry, today announced that it has filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Mohawk for the manufacturing, using, importing, selling and\/or offering for sale of Mohawk Molveno and Prizefighter vinyl plank flooring using Unilin\u2019s Unipush locking system in the United States. I4F filed the case before the US District Court for the District of Delaware.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I4F\u2019s alleges that the Mohawk products, using the Unipush locking system, infringe one of its patents in the United States, US Patent No. 10,053,868.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I4F said, \u201cOver the years, Mohawk has filed several infringement actions against other flooring manufacturers, so Mohawk already knows that it must have a valid license agreement in place before using the intellectual property of others on its products.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I4F provides licensees with IP expertise, meaningful patents and cutting-edge technologies as well as access to some of the global flooring industry\u2019s best innovations, including 3L TripleLock and Click4U.
