soci\u00e9t\u00e9s sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans les technologies et brevets de l\u2019industrie des rev\u00eatements de sols, a annonc\u00e9 aujourd\u2019hui avoir \u00e9tabli un nouveau partenariat avec CFL Flooring (CFL) afin de fournir des solutions de production de panneaux SPC plus durables \u00e0 l\u2019industrie des rev\u00eatements de sols. D\u00e9velopp\u00e9e par CFL, Be-Lite\u00ae est une nouvelle technologie brevet\u00e9e permettant de r\u00e9duire de mani\u00e8re significative la quantit\u00e9 de mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res utilis\u00e9e dans la fabrication des panneaux SPC, sans toutefois compromettre leur performance. Les panneaux produits utilisant cette technologie sont bien plus l\u00e9gers et sont donc moins chers \u00e0 transporter. Be-Lite est disponible en exclusivit\u00e9 via une licence i4F et fait partie de leur portefeuille de produits innovants ax\u00e9s sur la durabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contrairement aux techniques de r\u00e9duction des mati\u00e8res existantes, qui \u00e9liminent et recyclent les mati\u00e8res apr\u00e8s le processus de production des panneaux, Be-Lite est une technologie de thermoformage qui, en fonction de l\u2019\u00e9paisseur des panneaux, utilise jusqu\u2019\u00e0 20 % de mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res en moins durant la fabrication. Il en r\u00e9sulte un panneau SPC plus l\u00e9ger qui maintient une performance optimale, r\u00e9duisant de 5 % en moyenne le co\u00fbt des panneaux et de 6 % les co\u00fbts de transport.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab Les solutions durables sont d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 port\u00e9e de main \u00bb, explique Thomas Baert, pr\u00e9sident et co-fondateur de CFL.  \u00ab Nous nous devons \u00e0 nous-m\u00eames et \u00e0 nos enfants d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer l\u2019introduction de solutions plus \u00e9cologiques dans les processus de fabrication, et ce d\u00e8s que possible.
